I spent most of the day today in the office reconciling one of our bank accounts. I figured it all out and only have about two more to reconcile. I should be able to get caught up fairly soon.

Later today I heard that the small generator had broken down so we had to get spare parts from an identical generator that was in the shop. This second generator was not functional but we were able to salvage some parts from it. Again we found ourselves working as the sun went down so at about 8PM we were all huddled out back with flashlights pointing into the generator as we reconnected the conglomerate of wires that had been taken apart to remove the bad parts. It turns out that the copper wires that are wound in the generator had melted. I assume that it had just taken too much of a load for too long. Fortunately, around 8:30 or so we had it running again thanks to the hard work of Roger and Grant as they always seem show up quickly to fix these issues that everyone is relying on.
