It is a lot of fun to be on the teacher’s side and to see how anxious all of your students are to get their test scores back. I cannot remember how many students bombarded me before school and after school. They were very excited to get their test scores back. Since they wanted their tests back so much, I was able to use that for my advantage. I had told my freshman that if they were quiet today I would pass out the tests to them after we completed the lesson. It was amazing how quiet they were. I even heard other students “shushing” one another when someone was chatting. I had a very quiet class today!
